My Story.
For many years, I had the privilege of working with young children ranging in age from 6 months to 12 years. During that time, I observed their incredible capabilities and natural curiosity, watching as they engaged in meaningful, joyful experiences. As an educator, I encouraged their learning, supported their growth, and celebrated their discoveries alongside them.
As a director, I gained valuable insight into the needs of today’s families and worked collaboratively to create inclusive communities that honored every child and provided a safe, welcoming space for them to thrive.
As a facilitator, I’ve had the pleasure of working with adults—dedicated educators and emerging leaders—who are passionate about advancing the field of early childhood education.
Each of these rich and varied experiences has deeply influenced my work, shaped my perspective, and continues to inspire my speeches and writing.
